Wire Rack Chafing Dish
Each unit comes with a wire frame, a hot water pan, and two sterno cans. Recommended if your lunch is more than 60 minutes long, a chafing dish keeps the food hot for up to 2 hours. One kit accommodates 1 full or 2 half pans of hot food (about 20 servings).
